Why did I become a designer?
From my early days, I was that curious child always asking 'why' and interested in how things worked. With a background in engineering, my focus shifted from the 'what' to the 'why and how' – the human element behind technology. The journey led me to discover UX design, a perfect harmony of technology and people. This path allows me to balance the process, explore the reasons, and ensure that every project serves its purpose with an artistic touch.

I believe my younger self would be proud of finding a meaningful space where I can fully explore my potential.

Why did I become a designer?
I first fell in love with Art. It was natural for me to take any pencil or brush and experiment what can be created with it. Every year I practiced a new technique and life led me to study a bachelor degree in Animation and Digital Art. That is when Design caught my attention. Art reminds me of an encrypted message the viewer is meant to decipher. I soon realized I wanted to become a problem solver, and since then my sole purpose is to solve problems by creating beautiful and effective solutions.
What inspires me about working at Oracle design?
My team knew I didn't have a complete UX Design background but they helped me use the tools and skills I have to create solutions and resolve problems. Every member of my HCM team is a talented problem solver willing to help another. They made me realize it was okay to not have a definitive style just yet, as long as you use your voice to speak up and make a difference. This team invites every member to ask questions. They inspire others to be the very best version of themselves.

Why did I become a designer?
I have more than 9 years experience in design. As a child I engaged every single day of my life in creative hobbies and practices. Creativity for me has been life-changing, mind altering and ultimately, extremely practical. Pulling the thread on the thing you know about yourself, whether it's inconvenient or not, you pursue it because you're following your intuition. Right after high school, I decided I will pursue this career and it's like the whole world conspired in my favor for that. Only by declaring a commitment to my own creativity I was able to take the necessary action to follow my calling.
What inspires me about working at Oracle design?
Self-development is what I strive for in every aspect of my life. At this point in my career, the most important factor for my development is the community that surrounds me. The most inspiring thing about being on the Oracle design team is that these notions of “growing” and “learning” are commonly embraced by all.

Why did I become a designer?
I became a content designer because I wanted to see my cultural context reflected in the design process and offer a unique perspective to traditional design from a content lens. Working with words as a form of design and doing research to consistently improve the user experience of those I work for and with is something I take great pleasure in being able to do for a living.
What inspires me about working at Oracle Design?
I am most inspired by the wide range of knowledge, skills, and abilities of my colleagues AND customers. Being able to learn from both my peers and partners is a distinct edge that Oracle Design offers and reminds me of the crux of our purpose here: We're all in this together!
